Due to the dry conditions and the recent wildfires across New York State, a Statewide Burn Ban is now in effect.
🔥 What does this mean?
🚫 Prohibited: Outdoor fires for brush and debris disposal, uncontained campfires, recreational fires, and open fires used for cooking.
✅Allowed: Backyard fire pits and campfires that are contained and smaller than 3 feet in height and 4 feet in width, length, or diameter, as well as small, contained cooking fires.
⚠️ Reminder: We remain under a Red Flag Warning!
This means conditions are still extremely dry, and the risk of wildfires is high.
